Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their experience.
• Assist customers with product selections, offering knowledgeable recommendations and product demos when needed.
• Operate payment device accurately, handle cash and card transactions, and manage cash handling procedures responsibly.
• Upsell additional items or promotions to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
• Keep the work vehicle clean, organized, and well-stocked to ensure a pleasant shopping environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks such as loading, route selections, and customer assistance.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales is a plus but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
• Strong communication skills with a friendly etiquette for engaging customers over the phone or in person.
• Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve a diverse customer base.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and performing math calculations.
• Experience with POS (Point of Sale) systems and cash handling procedures (preferred but not required).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $44,200.00 - $100,000.00 per year
