Responsibilities:

• To support the sales team for sales activities
• Monitor sales performance data, analyze key metrics, and generate reports for management.
• Coordinate with clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product or service information.
• Maintain accurate and updated customer records in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with marketing team for promotional materials and campaign execution.
• Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• 0 – 2 years of working experience.
• Good English communication skills in both written and spoken.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communication Art or other related fields.
• Pleasant personality, service minded, good human relation and capable to work as a team.
