Sales Co-Ordinator

About the role

NZ Labour Hire Group is seeking a Sales Co-Ordinator to join our Client's small team based in Tauranga.

As Sales Co-Ordinator, you will be the backbone of sales administration, facilitating communication between clients and completing quotes and orders. The hours are flexible and can be discussed.

Key responsibilities

• Ensuring timely communication and follow-up on all sales enquiries

• Preparing quotes for client approval

• Reading house plans

• Handling administrative queries from clients via telephone, email, and social media

• Maintaining their social media channels and website

• Supporting the sales team with general administrative tasks and project coordination

What we're looking for

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks

• Experience in a client-facing or sales administration role, ideally within the construction industry

• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent customer service skills

• Someone who is confident with social media and websites
