Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sales Coach to strengthen sales team performance through coaching, training, and data-driven interventions. The ideal candidate will improve sales effectiveness, conversion rates, deal closures, and overall revenue performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coach sales representatives through call reviews, feedback, and practical training.
2. Identify skill gaps and improve objection handling, lead qualification, demos, and deal closures.
3. Develop sales playbooks, training programs, and onboarding processes.
4. Work with sales leaders to improve quota attainment, win rates, and team productivity.
5. Monitor CRM hygiene, pipeline quality, and sales performance metrics.
6. Improve lead-to-demo and demo-to-close conversion rates.
7. Mentor sales managers to strengthen their coaching capabilities.

Requirements

1. 5–10+ years of experience in Sales Coaching, Sales Enablement, or L&D.
2. Preferably experienced in a high-growth SaaS or product-based company.
3. Strong understanding of sales methodologies, call coaching, CRM tools, and sales analytics.
4. Proven ability to improve sales performance and revenue metrics.
5. Strong communication, leadership, ownership, and problem-solving skills.
