Key Responsibilities

· Achieve individual and clinic sales targets in line with business objectives

· Deliver high-quality, professional, and ethical customer service

· Conduct personalised consultations and provide appropriate skincare and treatment recommendations

· Understand clients’ needs and provide professional skin-care counselling to clients.

· Maintain strong product and service knowledge (training provided)

· Build long-term client relationships to drive retention and referrals

· Handle client feedback, concerns, and follow-ups professionally

· Work closely with doctors and therapists to ensure a seamless client experience

· Other ad-hoc duties assigned

You should have:

· Minimum (GCE) Ordinary Level or equivalent

· Strong aptitude in promotional techniques - without hard selling

· Result driven with a strong service mindset

· Ability to work independently as well as being a team player

· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and listening skills

· Comfortable in a service and sales-oriented setting

· Confident, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

· Able to communicate effectively with clients regarding their queries and concerns

· Beauty, aesthetics, or spa certification is an advantage

· Prior experience in beauty, aesthetics, hospitality, luxury retail, or service industries preferred

· Previous Airline crew welcome
