Sales Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of Caterpillar equipment, including new machines, rental solutions, and used units
• Promote and expand rental & used equipment aftermarket business
• Achieving sales targets and contributing to overall business growth
• Provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs and enhance satisfaction
• Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with retail customers
• Track market trends and monitor competitor activities to identify opportunities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related fields)
• Minimum 2 years’ sales experience, preferably in heavy equipment, construction machinery, or industrial sectors
• Familiar with the full equipment lifecycle (sales, rental, used, parts, and services) is an advantage
• Experience in international sourcing or coordination
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple business streams
• Valid driving license required
• Fresh graduates are also welcome
