The Bidet Shop is seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team in Bundall, Queensland. Key responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assess their needs to provide personalised product recommendations
• Demonstrate product features and benefits with confidence and expertise
• Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately using point-of-sale systems
• Maintain a well-organised, clean and inviting retail environment
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Answer customer enquiries and resolve any concerns professionally and courteously
• Stock shelves and manage inventory levels in collaboration with the team
• Stay informed about product updates, promotions and industry trends
• Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently
• Support the team during peak trading periods to ensure optimal customer service

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in a customer-facing environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse customers

• Strong sales ability with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

• Product knowledge and genuine interest in electronic bidets and smart toilets

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a retail team

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including Saturday and public holidays as required

• Attention to detail and organisational skills to manage stock and store presentation

• Problem-solving mindset and the ability to handle customer concerns with professionalism

• Desirable: Experience with bidet products, premium home goods, or specialist retail environments
