Sales Consultant

Duties:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
• Provide information about available vehicles and their features
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities
• Negotiate pricing and financing options with customers
• Upsell additional products and services, such as extended warranties or maintenance packages
• Complete sales paperwork accurately and efficiently
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in outside sales or customer service
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic math skills for calculating pricing, financing, and discounts
• Knowledge of inventory control processes in a dealership setting
• Ability to provide sales support to team members when needed
