What you'll be doing?

• Drive Sales: Achieve sales targets and align sales activities with our strategies.
• Customer Support: Attend to customer enquiries and assist with pre and post-sales matters.
• Market Analysis: Conduct and prepare market studies of competitors.
• Documentation: Prepare all sales-related documents for the sales process.
• Event Participation: Assist during sales launches and attend trade shows.
• Regulatory Liaison: Liaise with government agencies for submissions and approvals.
• Administrative Tasks: Assist in renewing Advertisement Permits and Developer Licenses, and submit Napic reports quarterly.

Who are they looking for?

• Educational Background: Candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply.
• Experience: Three or more years of sales experience in the property development industry is preferred.
• Marketing Experience: Experience in marketing residential or major commercial developments is a plus.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a good command of English preferred.
• Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, creative, and able to work in a team.
• Sales Abilities: Good selling skills and techniques.
