Job Title: Sales Consultant

Hours: 42.25 hours per week

Pattern: 5 days – 3 weekdays + Saturday & Sunday on a fixed shift

Salary: £20,000 basic per annum + uncapped OTE (£50,000)

Location: Weston-Super-Mare, BS22 8NA

Job Description

· Welcoming customers and helping them find their ideal vehicle

· Turning enquiries and test drives into successful sales

· Building lasting customer relationships and repeat business

· Working closely with your Business Manager to maximise every opportunity

Candidate Requirements

· Full UK driving licence

· Excellent communication and customer service skills

· Motivation to hit and exceed targets

· Sales experience preferred (automotive helpful but not essential – full training provided)
