Role: Sales Consultant – HNI Customer Segment

We are looking for dynamic, confident and result-oriented Sales Consultants who can effectively handle HNI customers and convert qualified leads into business.

Key Requirements

• Excellent English communication and fluency is mandatory
• Strong convincing, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to convert leads into customers
• Strong customer relationship management skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a hunger to achieve targets
• Confident personality with a professional approach
• Experience in HNI / premium customer sales, Luxury, Real Estate, Financial services, Automobiles, Edutech,Hospitality or other premium segments will be preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and build relationships with HNI customers
• Connect with prospective customers through leads generated by the company
• Understand customer requirements and present suitable solutions
• Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
• Achieve individual sales and revenue targets
• Maintain strong and long-term customer relationships
