Position Responsibilities

• Guide guests through the entire vehicle selection, test-drive, and purchase process
• Maintain expert knowledge of the latest Chevrolet lineup, features, and manufacturer incentives
• Follow up consistently with showroom visitors, internet leads, and previous buyers
• Utilize the dealership CRM system to track leads and log customer interactions daily
• Deliver a transparent, world-class buying experience to secure repeat and referral business

Requirements

• Previous automotive sales experience preferred, but retail sales experience will be considered
• Ability to consistently follow up with internet leads and customer inquiries
• Strong communication and customer service skills, and a positive attitude with a strong work ethic
• Outstanding negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Driven, self-motivated attitude with a hunger for financial success
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (Required)
