Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and personable Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding clients through in-home consultations focused on bathroom remodeling and walk-in shower design, emphasizing both safety and aesthetic appeal. Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations with clients to assess their bathroom remodeling needs and preferences.
• Design walk-in showers that prioritize safety features while enhancing visual appeal.
• Educate clients on product options, materials, and design possibilities to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with the design and installation teams to ensure customer specifications are accurately implemented.
• Build strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and professional guidance throughout the project process.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, safety standards, and product offerings related to bathroom remodeling.
• Follow up with clients post-consultation to address questions, gather feedback, and promote ongoing business opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, interior design, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients during in-home consultations.
• Knowledge of bathroom fixtures, safety considerations for walk-in showers, and remodeling best practices is advantageous.
• Ability to assess client needs accurately and provide creative, practical solutions.
• Self-motivated with a professional demeanor and excellent organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required for in-home visits.
• A passion for helping clients improve their living spaces through safe and beautiful bathroom designs.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
