Key responsibilities
- Provide consultation and recommend products appropriate to customer needs
- Present products, promotions, and benefits correctly
- Support customers throughout the sales process and create positive experiences
- Achieve sales targets set by the company
- Follow up with existing customers and build new customer base to increase sales opportunities
- Record customer data and report sales accurately
- Process payments, issue sales documents, and verify transaction accuracy
- Listen to and coordinate resolution of customer complaints appropriately
- Study information and develop sales skills consistently
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
