Sales Consultant

Hours: 5 day week Mon-Fri 9am – 6pm / Saturday Rota 10am – 3pm
£30,000 + Additional Commissions

Full drivers license and own car required

We are looking for an experienced sales professional looking for a new challenge.

Duties

· Generate new business and build relationships with buyers and sellers.

· Register, qualify and match applicants to properties.

· Arrange and conduct viewings.

· Follow up leads and maximise sales opportunities.

· Negotiate offers and progress sales through to completion.

· Liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisers, surveyors and other stakeholders.

· Keep clients updated and maintain excellent communication.

· Ensure offers are financially qualified and confirmed in writing.

· Achieve individual and team targets.

· Maintain accurate CRM records.

Requirements

· Previous Estate Agency experience.

· Target-driven, motivated and tenacious.

· Proven track record of achieving results.

· Excellent communication and customer service skills.

· Professional, personable and well organised.

· High standards of presentation and service.

· Full UK driving licence and own car essential.
