What You’ll Do

• Understand customer needs, buying criteria and decision-making processes
• Develop strong product knowledge across our new and used vehicle range
• Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat and referral business
• Deliver exceptional customer service through a personalised sales experience
• Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations and test drives
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Maintain accurate and engaging vehicle listings across automotive retail websites
• Follow up with customers throughout the sales process
• Meet and exceed individual and dealership sales targets

• Experience in automotive sales, retail sales or customer service
