About the role  
Just Automotive Recruitment is seeking an experienced Sales Consultant for a dealership in Parramatta, NSW. This role is ideal for a motivated salesperson who enjoys building customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and delivering an exceptional vehicle purchasing experience. 
  
Duties

• Sell primarily new light commercial vehicles - opportunity to sell prestige used vehicles also
• Follow established sales processes from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery,
• Achieve and exceed monthly vehicle sales targets and KPIs.
• Develop strong product knowledge across multiple automotive brands and competitor models.
• Collaborate closely with finance, aftersales, and other dealership departments to maximize customer outcomes.

Skills and experience

• Minimum 1 year of automotive sales experience.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with excellent time management abilities.
• Mechanical aptitude or an interest in automotive products and technology.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to manage sales systems effectively.

Benefits

• $65K + Super + Uncapped Comms (OTE $130K+)
• $150 per week for car allowance or company vehicle
• 10-day fortnight roster and no Sunday trading
