Sales Consultant

About the Role

Join our property sales team and help customers find the right residential and commercial properties. We welcome experienced sales professionals, fresh graduates and candidates looking to begin a career in real estate.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote residential and commercial property projects to prospective buyers.
• Handle customer enquiries, introduce projects and arrange property viewings.
• Assist customers with property purchases, bookings and sales completion.
• Generate new leads through social media, customer referrals, sales calls and promotional activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, property agents and industry contacts.
• Participate in property exhibitions, roadshows, project launches and sales events.
• Maintain accurate customer records, pricing information and sales documentation.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Requirements

• Passionate about sales, self-motivated and willing to learn.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and closing skills.
• Independent, proactive and a good team player.
• Well-groomed with a professional appearance and attitude.
• Fresh graduates and candidates without experience are welcome; training will be provided.
• Previous experience in property sales or customer service is an advantage.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and online lead generation is an advantage.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin and English; Bahasa Malaysia proficiency is an advantage.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transport.
• Willing to work in Genting Permai, Genting Highlands.
• Female candidates are preferred.
