Job Summary

Royal Drive is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to handle leads, understand customer requirements, promote vehicles, conduct test drives, and achieve sales targets while delivering a premium customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Management

• Handle leads from online and offline sources.
• Contact and follow up with prospective customers.
• Maintain updated customer and lead records.

2. Customer Handling

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles.
• Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and offers.
• Build strong and professional customer relationships.

3. Vehicle Presentation & Test Drive

• Present vehicles professionally to customers.
• Coordinate and conduct test drives.
• Address customer queries and provide product information.

4. Sales & Conversion

• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Convert enquiries into bookings and sales.
• Coordinate with finance, insurance, and delivery teams.

5. Delivery & Follow-up

• Coordinate for smooth vehicle delivery.
• Maintain post-sales follow-up with customers.
• Support customer satisfaction and referral generation.

Requirements

• Any Degree/Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• 0–3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
• Automobile or premium/luxury car sales experience will be an advantage.
• Freshers with strong communication and sales skills can apply.
• Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Valid driving licence preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
