Sales Consultant

What You’ll Do:

• Promote property projects to client
• Understand clients' needs and recommend suitable property options.
• Conduct project presentations, property viewings and professional sales consultations.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective buyers.
• Attend property launches, roadshows, exhibitions and sales events.
• Keep up to date with project details, pricing, promotions and property market trends.
• Guide clients through booking, documentation and loan application coordination.
• Work towards individual and team sales targets.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Minimum SPM, Diploma or Degree in any field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; property or sales experience is an advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and consistent in customer follow-up.
• Able to work on weekends or public holidays when required for viewings, events or launches.
• Good command of Mandarin, English and Malay
• Experience in real estate, banking, insurance, automotive sales, luxury retail or customer service is an advantage.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
