What You’ll Be Doing

Customer Experience

• Greet and engage customers in a professional, welcoming way
• Understand their needs and help them find the right vehicle
• Deliver a low-pressure, high-trust buying experience

Sales & Lead Generation

• Follow up with leads and build your own pipeline
• Generate business through referrals, networking, and community involvement
• Set appointments and convert opportunities into sales

Product & Process

• Learn and present vehicle features, options, and benefits
• Conduct test drives and guide customers through purchase decisions
• Work with the Finance team to complete deals smoothly

Relationship Building

• Build long-term relationships with customers
• Create repeat and referral business
• Become a trusted advisor in your community

You’ll do well in this role if you:

• Enjoy talking to people and building relationships
• Are competitive and motivated to earn
• Thrive in a fast-paced, team environment
• Take initiative and follow through

Experience:

• Sales or customer service experience is an asset
• Automotive experience is a bonus—but not required
• We are open to training the right person

Other Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license
• Comfortable using technology and CRM systems
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
