About the Position

Super Remodeling is seeking motivated individuals to join our growing team as In-Home Sales Consultants. In this role, you'll work directly with homeowners to provide solutions for roofing and exterior remodeling projects while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Whether you're an experienced sales professional or looking to start a new career, we provide the training and support needed to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners using company-provided leads to Perform exterior home inspections
• Educate homeowners on available roofing and remodeling solutions
• Prepare and present customized project proposals
• Guide customers through the sales process from consultation to project approval
• Maintain a professional, customer-first experience throughout every interaction

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule

Previous sales experience is preferred but not required
