✅ Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual sales plans to achieve business targets
• Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities through lead generation and prospecting
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and customers
• Conduct daily client visits and business development activities
• Prepare and coordinate Job/Product Specification Forms (JPSF) to support customer proposals
• Present and explain customer proposals, ensuring clear communication of terms and conditions
• Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales opportunities
• Address customer concerns promptly and coordinate with internal teams for effective resolution
• Manage customer complaints and provide timely solutions in accordance with company policies
• Request and monitor customer feedback to ensure service satisfaction and continuous improvement
• Collaborate closely with Sales Coordinators on customer requirements and project execution
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics
• Strengthen relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and revenue growth
• Prepare and submit accurate Weekly Activity Reports (WAR), Liquidation Reports, and Employee Productivity Reports (EPR) on time
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate superior

✅ Qualifications

• College Graduate
• At least with 1-2 years relevant work experience
• Strong customer relationship management
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
• Basic Selling Skills knowledge
• Willing to travel (Geographical knowledge within Metro Manila)
