Sales Consultant - IT

• Generate qualified leads and turn prospects into successful clients
• Utilize cold-calling skill to sell client product (Smartphone system)
• Answer incoming calls and inquiries from potential customers
• Build rapport by asking questions to understand customer needs
• Record customer information accurately within the client's tool
• Deal with complaints or customer concerns in a professional manner to maintain client's good reputation • Ensure to meet set target or sales quota
• Keeping records of customer calls and sales

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• At least 1 year of proven experience as Sales consultant/representative, upselling or similar end-to-end sales role
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas through cold-calling
• Working knowledge of relevant tool, software (e.g. CRM software etc.) and telephone systems
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Skilled in negotiations and dealing with possible complaints
• Persistent and results-oriented
• Can handle customer rejection
