Position Overview

We’re looking for a Weekend Sales Consultant to support our boutique during our busiest days. This role is ideal for someone who loves fashion, wellness, and connecting with people, and who thrives in a sales-focused retail environment.

The Sales Consultant is responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store experience, driving sales, and representing the Vita Sana brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized, attentive customer service and styling support
• Actively engage customers and assist them through the buying process
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system
• Restock merchandise and assist with inventory organization
• Support brand standards and ensure a consistent customer experience
• Represent Vita Sana Fitwear positively both in-store and with customers

Qualifications

• Previous retail or sales experience preferred (boutique experience a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable selling and making product recommendations
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends consistently
• Interest in activewear, fitness, wellness, or lifestyle brands
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light merchandise

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
