Sales Coordination Lead

Key Responsibilities:
*Act as the key coordination point between Sales, Customers, Finance, PPC, Service, Logistics and Management.
*Support the sales team in managing enquiries, quotations, orders and customer requirements.
*Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly Sales MIS and dashboards​ and provide actionable insights to management.
*Support the Sales Team in meetings, reviews, presentations and other business requirements.
*Maintain proper documentation for quotations, purchase orders, invoices and other sales records.

What We’re Looking For:
*Graduate in any discipline​
*3–8 years of experience in Sales Coordination / Sales Operations / Order Management / Commercial Coordination.​
*Strong command of MS Excel, MIS and reporting.
*Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset.
*Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multiple stakeholders.
