Sales Coordinator (Admin/ Order processing/ Quotations)

• Working hours: Mon - Fri, 8.15am - 5pm
• Location: Gul Crescent (Company transport: Chinese Garden, Lakeside, Boon Lay and Yew Tee MRT station)
• Up to $2.7k + AWS + VB

Job Responsibilities

• Administrative support to sales department.

• Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages from existing customers when Sales Representatives are unavailable.

• Handling incoming orders with sales representatives by checking for correct prices, discounts, product numbers and inventory before generating of sales order.

• Attend to walk in customer when marketing department is preoccupied.

• To update on commercial team sales revenue based on data provided by the accounts department.

• To follow up with key customer on after sales matter such as dispute on service quote, service matter or loan unit with sales department head.

• Prepare quotations.

• Any other related administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience as a Admin, Sales Coordinator or Customer Service role in similar capacity may be advantageous.

• Computer literacy and proficient in MS Office such as Words, Excel etc.
