Sales Coordinator and Client Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage client communication, relationships, follow-ups, and negotiations.
2. Understand client requirements and coordinate with Sales, Technical, and Project teams.
3. Coordinate with architects, interior designers, project managers, consultants, and vendors.
4. Attend client/site meetings and provide regular project updates.
5. Prepare client presentations and explain products, solutions, and project requirements.
6. Manage client coordination from enquiry to project confirmation, execution, and handover.
7. Handle client queries, feedback, and coordinate for timely issue resolution.
8. Maintain records of clients, follow-ups, meetings, and project status.
9. Identify opportunities for repeat business, referrals, upselling, and cross-selling.
10. Perform other client coordination activities as assigned by management.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Proactive, organized, and customer-focused approach.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, PowerPoint, and CRM/ERP.
• Experience in Home Automation, ELV, Building Automation, Electrical/Electronics, Interior, Architecture, or Real Estate will be preferred.
