What they need
Role & responsibilities
- Loan Processing: Collect and check initial loan application documents.
- Client Communication: Answer basic client questions about loan status and
rates.
- Team Support: Tracking loan application & coordinating between sales &
Credit & Ops
- Data Tracking: Update the CRM database with new leads and loan stages.
- Reporting: Prepare daily and weekly MIS
Preferred candidate profile
Experience: Min two years in Loan sales ,support, banking.
Communication: Clear speaking and writing skills for client interaction.
Software: Good knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
