Sales Coordinator – Based In Central

Responsibilities:.

·       Responsible for sales quotation preparation, tender submissions and sales reports generation.

·       Updating the status of sales order in the database or computer.

·       Prepare delivery order (DO) and invoice (Inv).

·       Prepare and organize all the documents for audit purpose.

·       Update and maintain accurate inventory reports.

·       Maintaining an efficient work environment.

·       Promoting the facilities of the organization to new and existing customers through a proactive approach.

·       Coordinating and responding to all requests of internal meetings.

Education & Experience:

·       Possess at least or diploma or degree in any discipline

·       Preferably 2-3 years working experience in administrative work.

Skills & Knowledge:

·       Familiar with E – Perolehan system & ERP System

·       Expert in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

·       Good customer handling skills

·       Proficient in English and BM.

·       Knowledge of GDPMD is beneficial.
