Qualification: - B. Sc., Diploma / BE (Electrical / Mechanical / E & TC Engineering) or Any Graduate

Industry: - Motors, Drives, HT, LT Cables, Switchgear, Solar DC Cables & Indu. Electrical Solutions.

Key Skills:-

• Good negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of industrial cables & wires.
• Ability to understand technical requirements and convert them into commercial opportunities.
• Strong customer relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Result-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Job Description / Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Handle customer enquiries through phone, email and other communication channels.
• Prepare and send quotations, offers and sales-related documents.
• Follow up with customers for quotations, orders and pending requirements.
• Coordinate with the sales team for day-to-day sales activities.
• Process customer purchase orders and sales orders accurately.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Accounts and Dispatch teams for order execution.
• Check product availability, quantity, specifications and delivery requirements.
• Coordinate with customers regarding order status, dispatch, delivery & payments.
• Maintain customer, enquiry, quotation and order records in Excel/ERP.
