Sales Coordinator – Certification Services

Support the Certification Sales team in managing customer enquiries, quotations, sales documents, and coordination activities. Work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of certification services.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales documents
• Coordinate customer enquiries and certification requirements with relevant teams
• Follow up quotations, purchase orders, contracts, and other sales documents
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales activities in CRM or internal systems
• Coordinate with auditors, technical teams, and customers to support certification projects
• Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and other commercial information
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers and support customer retention
• Support customer meetings, events, and other sales activities when required

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, Customer Service, or related roles
• Experience in Certification, Testing, Inspection (TIC), Consulting, or B2B services is preferred
• Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
• Good command of English
• Good skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with CRM systems is an advantage
