SALES COORDINATOR

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Process Orders: Enter customer orders into the system. Check prices and product numbers. Make sure items ship on time.
• Support Sales Staff: Set up meetings, manage team calendars, and prepare sales folders or slide decks.
• Talk to Customers: Answer phone calls and emails. Give updates on order status or delivery delays.
• Make Reports: Track daily and monthly sales numbers. Build charts or reports for managers.

Job Requirements and Skills
