Sales Coordinator

Job Purpose

To support sales operations by coordinating with customers and internal teams, ensuring accurate documentation, and facilitating efficient order processes to enhance overall sales performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the sales team to arrange meetings, prepare quotations, and manage sales-related documentation
• Communicate with customers to confirm orders, provide updates, and handle general inquiries
• Process and verify customer orders, including pricing, product details, and commercial terms
• Follow up on order status and coordinate with internal departments (warehouse, logistics, and accounting) to ensure timely delivery
• Prepare and review sales documents such as quotations, purchase orders, and contracts
• Maintain and update customer records, sales data, and CRM systems
• Prepare sales reports and support data analysis for the team
• Support sales events, campaigns, and marketing activities
• Collect customer feedback and assist in monitoring sales pipeline progress
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance sales support operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields
• At least 1 year of experience in Sales Support, Coordinator, or related roles
• Good command of English (both written and spoken)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
