Sales Coordinator

Job Duties:

• Prepare and coordinate quotations, sales invoices, tender submissions, and related sales documents.

• Organize and consolidate information required for tenders, proposals, and customer submissions, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.

• Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, contracts, and filing systems.

• Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations and project handover.

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Team.

• Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and other business documents as required.

• Perform ad hoc duties and projects assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales coordination, administration, or project support.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing.
• Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, detail-minded, and able to work independently.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Passion for drone/robotics technology with ability to quickly learn new products
