Sales Coordinator

● Coordinate between Sales, Creative, Digital, Events, Accounts, and Clients. ● Prepare quotations, proposals, agreements, and other sales documents. ● Maintain and update CRM with client information and sales progress. ● Track every enquiry until closure. ● Schedule client meetings and coordinate presentations. ● Ensure timely submission of proposals and pitch decks. ● Follow up with clients regarding quotations and approvals. ● Coordinate internally for project execution after order confirmation. ● Assist in invoice generation and payment follow-up. ● Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. ● Maintain proper documentation of all client communications. ● Support the Sales Team in achieving business targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Skills ● Excellent organizational skills. ● Strong written and verbal communication. ● Good follow-up ability. ● Attention to detail. ● Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously. ● Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM software. Qualification ● Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or equivalent. Experience ● 1–3 years in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, Customer Relationship Management, or Business Operations. ● Freshers with excellent communication and coordination skills may also be considered. Preferred Candidate ● Fluent in English and Malayalam ● Professional email writing skills. ● Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. ● Strong team player with a customer-focused approach.
