Sales Coordinator

Job Overview

We need talented and results-driven Sales Consultants to join our rapid growing team at Luxura Aesthetic Medical Spa. This role focuses primarily on promoting, customizing, and selling spa packages to our existing and incoming client base. For this position, we will require someone to work Full Time between our Short Pump and Stony Point locations, both located in Richmond, VA.

Compensation:

Annual Salary Range: 40k -50k (Depending on Candidate Experience Level)

Sales Commissions on: Packages, Products, Deposits, Add-ons

Performance Based Bonuses

Eligible for Benefits (Health, Dental, Visions, PTO) after 90 days

Duties:

• Ensure excellent customer experience from arrival to the spa, through paperwork, consultation, service(s), and closing checkout.
• Meet with clients in-person and virtual to conduct and close sales deals on spa packages.
• Implement Luxura sales systems and consultation methods.
• Maintain pricing discipline and consultations with consistency.
• Support and achieve sales goals set by upper management on a monthly basis.
• Confidentially handle client information and payments.
• Process client’s credit through one of our partnered credit companies.
• Professional cash/credit/debit/check handling and documentation in sales.
• Communicate and cooperate with upper management to develop sales strategies.
• Travel and participate in special company-wide sales training sessions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of Sales Experience with a proven record of successful sales on a monthly basis.
• Minimum of 3 years in a Customer Service focused position with high customer satisfactory rates.
• Experience in cash handling, credit/debit card processing, and running credit checks.
• Clear communicator both written and verbal.
• Goal-oriented and organized.
• High sense of financial integrity and confidentiality
• Capable of leading and inspiring others to achieve sales goals.

Preferred:

• Medical aesthetics, nursing, esthetician, or any general medical background.
• Knowledge of medical aesthetics, procedures, wellness, and cosmetics.
• Experience with running credit: CareCredit, Patientfi, HFA, Cherry, etc.
• Experience with EMR systems: Mangomint and Zenoti.
• Experience with Zoom and GoogleMeet
