Sales Coordinator

Are you highly organised, customer-focused, and looking for a role where no two days are the same?

We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our team at Kaituna Sawmill. This role is key to ensuring the smooth flow of customer orders from sale through to delivery while providing outstanding support to our customers and Sales Managers.

Working closely with our Sales, Supply Chain, Production, and Despatch teams, you'll help deliver a seamless customer experience and contribute to our ongoing business success.

About the role

As our Sales Coordinator, you will:

• Coordinate customer orders, shipping bookings, and deliveries.
• Provide proactive customer communication and support.
• Prepare and manage sales documentation, contracts, invoices, and export paperwork.
• Assist with demand planning, stock reporting, and sales administration.
• Support Sales Managers with customer information, reporting, and marketing activities.
• Coordinate sales and marketing events and activities.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure products are delivered accurately and on time.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who has:

• Previous experience in sales support, customer service, logistics, or administration.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving capability and a proactive approach.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systems.

Experience within manufacturing, forestry, logistics, or exports would be advantageous but is not essential.
