Sales Coordinator

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinates the preparation, issuance, and timely distribution of Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), Daily Banquet Reports (DBARs), and amendments to all concerned departments.

• Coordinates client requirements and function details with internal departments to ensure smooth event execution.

• Handles banquet and catering sales inquiries and routes them to the appropriate Account Executive for proper handling.

• Prepares banquet forecasts, production reports, function room memos, and other sales and banquet-related reports and documents.

• Ensures timely completion of orders, requisitions, administrative documents, and other requirements for functions and the Sales team.

• Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned to support the success of the Sales and Banquet Operations team.
