Sales Coordinator

Job Description / Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely quotations for customers.
• Handle customer inquiries through phone and email.
• Process and monitor Purchase Orders (POs) issued by customers.
• Assist the Sales Team and attend to in-house accounts.
• Coordinate with IDG, Operations, Accounting, and Admin/HR as needed.
• Prepare bidding documents and client accreditation requirements.
• Process and monitor client accreditation and documentation.
• Track the expiration of required client documents.
• Prepare business correspondence for client accreditation (legal documents, certifications, etc.).
• Prepare warranty certificates as requested by clients.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Sales Support Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
• With at least 1 year of experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, or similar role.
• Experience in preparing and processing quotations is required.
• Experience in handling POs, bidding documents, and client accreditations is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented, able to multitask, and can work under pressure.
