Sales Coordinator

As a Sales Coordinator at MYND Furniture, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team and managing customer relationships. This position involves coordinating sales activities, managing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and process sales orders, invoices, and quotations.

• Assist the sales team in preparing proposals and tracking follow-up activities.

• Maintain and update customer databases using CRM software.

• Manage communication with clients, addressing inquiries and providing support.

• Liaise with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

• Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data to identify trends and performance insights.

• Support marketing initiatives by coordinating sales events, campaigns, and social media content.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.

• Strong organizational.

• Ability to work independently and within a team.
