Sales Coordinator

• Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
• Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning etc.
• Develop and maintain a filing system
• Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
• Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs and maintaining equipment inventories.
• Proceed order and ensure the sale order are matches with customer's Purchase Order.
• Completes operational requirements by planning, scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
• Answer queries and communications through phone or email.
• Various positions in the Sales Department.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least at SPM /Diploma level in any field.
• Required language(s): Proficiency in chinese is an added advantage to facilitate communication with customers.) and English
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required.
• Able to work under pressure, self-motivates and confidence.
• Computer literate & competent in ERP System provided by company.
• Good interpersonal & communication skills to effectively interact with people at all level.
• Able to commence work immediately
