Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support the Sales & Business Development team in handling customer communication, sales documentation, quotations, order coordination, and follow-ups. The candidate should have an understanding of SPM, automation, industrial machinery, or engineering products.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Email Communication.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of SPM / Automation / Industrial Machinery / Engineering Products.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries and orders.
• Good documentation and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of CRM/ERP software will be an advantage.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with internal departments.
