So come join a winning team in Palmerston North. This is a full-time, office-based role where you’ll work closely with our Manawatu team to keep the wheels turning smoothly behind the scenes.

What you'll do:

Reporting to General Manager Manawatu, you will be organised and proactive in delivering great outcomes with the sales team. Assisting in the preparation and creation of high-quality client proposals, schedules and implementation, as well as the day-to-day admin and reception duties.

• Preparation of detailed schedules and assistance with media reports
• Support with the sales quoting and booking processes with timely follow-up
• Prepare sales performance reports and complete data analysis, ensuring accuracy and sales policies are adhered to.
• Understand stakeholder needs and work to develop trusted relationships, contributing to client retention and growth
• Attend team meetings, participate in planning, brainstorms and presentations
• General office admin and reception duties

What you'll bring:

• Experience in customer service, adminstration or sales support
• A sharp eye for detail anda  super-organised approach to tasks
• Strong communication skills, confident speaking up and asking questions
• Friendly, approachable, and able to get along with a wide range of people
• Fast learner with a can-do attitude and curiosity to learn new systems
• Great time management and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
• Competence using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets and Slides)
• A full, clean driver’s licence
