Sales Coordinator

Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing customer orders and maintaining accurate sales records. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth sales operations and providing efficient support to clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and monitor sales orders, quotations, and delivery schedules
• Communicate with hospitals and clients on inquiries, pricing, and order status
• Coordinate with warehouse for stock availability
• Prepare sales documents (POs, invoices, delivery receipts) and ensure regulatory compliance (FDA, BIR, DOH)
• Monitor PHILGEPS and hospital accounts, including bids, RFQs, and accreditations
• Track sales performance and maintain customer databases
• Coordinate with accounting for billing and collections
• Handle after-sales concerns such as returns, warranties, and client feedback
• Provide administrative support and assist in sales events and product presentations

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience in sales coordination, preferably in medical or healthcare industry
• Knowledge of bidding processes (PHILGEPS) and regulatory compliance is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office and documentation management
