Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and coordination support to the sales team.
• Prepare quotations, sales agreements, invoices and other sales documents.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, dealers and other external parties.
• Follow up on quotations, orders, payments and outstanding documents.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Coordinate vehicle deliveries, registrations and related documentation.
• Assist with sales enquiries and provide timely updates to customers.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing.
• Assist the sales team with scheduling, appointments and follow-ups.
• Handle other ad-hoc sales and administrative duties as required.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level, Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience in sales coordination, administration or customer service is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible and able to multitask.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Experience in the automotive or commercial vehicle industry will be an advantage.
