Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team with daily operations, including order processing, preparing price lists, quote sheets, delivery notes, and tender documents.
• Responsible for invoicing upon delivery completion and taking charge of preliminary Accounts Receivable follow-up.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Account departments, and collaborate with the After-sales department.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, resolve general inquiries in a timely manner, and organize client databases and sales records systematically.
• Organize and coordinate sales meetings, and handle other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• DSE equivalent or above
• At least 3 years of experience in sales support
• Basic understanding of accounting concepts or prior experience in AR follow-up is preferred
• Strong communication skills and team spirit
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and experienced with ERP/CRM systems
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English.

●       維持與客戶的良好溝通，及時解決一般查詢，並有系統地整理客戶紀錄庫。

●       安排和協調內部銷售會議及其他相關活動，並處理主管交辦的其他臨時專案。

任職要求 :

●       中學文憑試或以上學歷

●       至少3年銷售支援經驗

●       具備基本會計概念，或擁有應收帳款跟進經驗者優先考慮

●       出色的溝通技巧和團隊合作精神

●       熟悉 Microsoft Office 操作，具備 ERP/CRM 系統操作經驗

●       良好的中英文書寫和口語能力
