About the role

We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to join SCE Hardware Company Limited in our Tsuen Wan District office. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in supporting our sales operations and ensuring seamless customer interactions. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our sales department, managing administrative tasks, coordinating with clients, and facilitating the efficient execution of sales activities. What you'll be doing

• Coordinating sales activities and maintaining accurate records of sales transactions, quotations and orders
• Processing customer orders, invoices and purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner
• Scheduling meetings and calls between sales representatives and clients
• Providing administrative support to the sales team, including preparing presentations, reports and sales documentation
• Managing customer enquiries and directing them to the appropriate sales representative
• Maintaining and updating customer databases and CRM systems
• Liaising with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery
• Assisting with the preparation of sales proposals and quotations
• Following up with clients on outstanding orders and delivery status
• Supporting the organisation of sales events, trade shows and promotional activities

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree or high school diploma, with further education in business administration or a related field being advantageous
• Proven experience in a sales coordination, sales support or similar administrative role within a sales environment
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and sales databases
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues
• Knowledge of the hardware industry or technical sales background would be beneficial
