Sales Coordinator

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage sales orders from receipt to fulfillment, ensuring timely processing and follow-up on payments.
• Provide technical support to customers through phone calls, emails, or meetings to resolve queries related to products and services.
• Assist in generating offers, quotations, proformas invoices, sales orders, sales invoices, and other documents as required.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., production planning) to ensure seamless order execution and fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders processed, and payment status.
