Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the sales team and customers for inquiries and order processing.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales-related documentation.
  • Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, and payment status.
  • Maintain customer databases and sales records.
  • Coordinate with engineering, production, purchase, and dispatch teams.
  • Track order status and ensure timely execution and delivery.
  • Generate MIS reports and maintain sales data.
  • Handle customer queries and provide prompt support.
  • Support sales planning and target tracking activities.
  • Ensure proper documentation and record maintenance.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Experience in quotation preparation and sales documentation.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and MS Excel.
  • Customer relationship management skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Experience in industrial automation/manufacturing will be preferred.
